Control of Excessive anger

क्रोध अधिक आना”:–
दो पके मीठे सेव बिना छीले प्रातः खाली पेट चबाकर-चबाकर खाने से गुस्सा शांत होता है।पन्द्रह दिन लगा तार खायें।अगर थाली बर्तन फैंकने वाला और पत्नी और बच्चों को मारने पीटने वाला क्रोधी व्यक्ति भी क्रोध से मुक्ति पा सकेगा ।
आंवले का मुरब्बा एक नग प्रति- दिन प्रातःकाल खायें और शाम को गुलकंद एक चम्मच खाकर ऊपर से दूध पी लें ।बहुत क्रोध आना बंद हो जायेगा ।

Excessive anger”:–
Eating two ripe sweet apples without peeling them in the morning on an empty stomach and chewing them helps calm down anger. Eat string for fifteen days. Even an angry person who throws plates and utensils and beats his wife and children will be able to get relief from anger.
Eat one piece of Amla Murabba every day in the morning and in the evening eat one spoonful of Gulkand and drink milk on top of that. You will stop getting very angry.
