Meal and its importance and purification

*आहारशुद्धि रखें*
*कहावत है कि ’जैसा खाये अन्न वैसा बने मन । ’*
*खुराक के स्थूल भाग से स्थूल शरीर और सूक्ष्म भाग से सूक्ष्म शरीर अर्थात् मन का निर्माण होता है । इसलिए सदैव सत्त्वगुणी खुराक लीजिये।*
*दारु-शराब, मांस-मछली, बीड़ी-तम्बाकू, अफीम-गाँजा, चाय आदि वस्तुओं से प्रयत्नपूर्वक दूर रहिये । रजोगुणी तथा तमोगुणी खुराक से मन अधिक मलिन तथा परिणाम में अधिक अशांत होता है । सत्त्वगुणी खुराक से मन शुद्ध और शांत होता है ।*
*प्रदोष काल में किये गये आहार और मैथुन से मन मलिन होता है और आधि-व्याधियाँ बढ़ती हैं । मन की लोलुपता जिन पदार्थो पर हो वे पदार्थ उसे न दें । इससे मन के हठ का शनैः-शनैः शमन हो जायेगा ।*
*भोजन के विषय में ऋषियों द्वारा बतायी हुई कुछ बातें ध्यान में रखनी चाहिए
*१. हाथ-पैर-मुँह धोकर पूर्वाभिमुख बैठकर मौन भाव से भोजन करें । जिनके माता-पिता जीवित हों, वे दक्षिण दिशा की ओर् मुख करके भोजन न करें । भोजन करते समय बायें हाथ से अन्न् का स्पर्श न करें और चरण, मस्तक तथा अण्डकोष को भी न छूएँ ।केवल प्राणादि के लिए पाँच ग्रास अर्पण करते समय तक बाय़ें हाथ से पात्र को पकड़े रहें, उसके बाद छोड़ दें ।*
*२. भोजन के समय हाथ घुटनों के बाहर न करें । भोजन-काल में बायें हाथ से जलपात्र उठाकर दाहिने हाथ की कलाई पर रखकर यदि पानी पियें तो वह पात्र भोजन समाप्त होने तक जूठा नहीं माना जाता, ऎसा मनु महाराज का कथन है । यदि भोजन करता हुआ द्विज किसी दूसरे भोजन करते हुए द्विज को छू ले तो दोनों को ही भोजन छोड़ देना चाहिए ।*
*३. रात्रि को भोजन करते समय यदि दीप बुझ जाय तो भोजन रोक दें और दायें हाथ से अन्न् को स्पर्श करते हुए मन-ही-मन गायत्री का स्मरण करें । पुनः दीप जलने के बाद ही भोजन शरु करें ।*
*४. अधिक मात्रा में भोजन करने से आयु तथा आरोग्यता का नाश होता है । उदर का आधा भाग अन्न से भरो, चौथाई भाग जल से भरो और चौथाई भाग वायु के आवागमन के लिए खाली रखो ।*
*५. भोजन के बाद थोड़ी देर तक बैठो । फिर् सौ कदम चलकर कुछ देर तक बाइँ करवट लेटे रहो तो अन्न ठीक ढंग से पचता है । भोजन के अन्त में भगवान को अर्पण किया हुआ तुलसीदल खाना चाहिए ।*
*भोजन विषयक इन सब बातों को आचार में लाने से जीवन में सत्वगुण की वृद्धि होती है ।*
*निष्काम भाव से सेवा करें*
निष्काम भाव से यदि परोपकार के कार्य करते रहेंगे तो भी मन की मलिनता दूर हो जायेगी । यह प्रकृति का अटल नियम है । इसलिए परोपकार के कार्य निष्काम भाव से करने के लिये सदैव तत्पर रहें ।

Some things told by the sages about the *भोजन should be kept in mind
* 1. Hand-Foot-mouth wash and eat silently and eat with silence. Those whose parents are alive, do not eat the face of the south direction. Do not touch the left hand with the left hand while eating and do not touch the feet, head and or. Just keep holding the vessel with your hand until you offer five grass for the sake of prāṇādi, then leave it. *

* 5. Sit for a while after meals. If you keep walking on the side of a hundred steps, then you will be able to eat food properly. At the end of food, God needs to eat a devoted food. *
By bringing all these things in the *भोजन, there is a increase of quality in life. *
Do service with *निष्काम bhav *
If you do the work of charity with impeccable sense, then the mind of the mind will be removed. This is the firm rule of nature. So always be ready to do charity with selfless sense.
